  1. Boil Water: First step is to boil the water. We like spring water, but filtered water can also be used.
  2. Squeeze Lemon Juice: Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a mug.
  3. Add Honey: Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey into the mug.
  4. Add Ginger: Add a small pinch of ground ginger. A little goes a long way, so start small and gradually increase quantity if desired.
  5. Pour Hot Water: At this point, the water should be close to boiling point. Once the tea kettle sings, carefully pour the hot water into the mug.
  6. Stir Honey Throat Soother: Stir ingredients until dissolved.
