    1. Hi Lauren, thank you for the great question. We like to toast Ezekiel bread straight out of the freezer or the refrigerator. It toasts up perfectly like that! The depth and flavor of the ancient grains all open up quite nicely when subjected to heat! Then you can add any topping you love like peanut butter, jelly, honey butter, avocado, and/or seasonings of all sorts! Be creative & enjoy! Cheers to your heath!
